1:1 Somatic Support
For Women in Life Transitions
A relational space to slow down, listen to your body, and meet life’s thresholds with presence
Sometimes what’s needed isn’t more insight, direction, or effort, but a place to slow down and be met.
A little about me
I’m Nallely.
I accompany women through life’s transitions by creating spaces where the body can slow down, listen, and reconnect with its own wisdom.
My work is rooted in somatic awareness, deep listening, and relational presence, shaped by years of accompanying people through thresholds where words alone are no longer enough.
When people come to this work
Many people arrive here during a threshold in life, when something is ending, beginning, or quietly rearranging itself.
You may be drawn to this work if you are
motherhood or matrescence
grief or loss
identity shifts
moments of uncertainty or inner disorientation
feeling unsettled, disconnected, or stretched despite “doing the work”
pulled between inner knowing and outer life
living through subtle or major transitions
longing to feel more at home in your body
ready to pause beneath the noise
tired of mechanical or quick-fix approaches
These sessions support you in meeting these passages with presence rather than pressure.
What this work supports you to do
slow your nervous system so your body feels safe again
feel what has been carried beneath thought and effort
move from reaction to felt response
reconnect with the body as a source of orientation
live from presence, not performance
trust your own inner rhythm again
Here, the body becomes your ally. Cange emerges through contact, not pressure.
How sessions unfolds
This is a one-to-one relational container. They may include:
• relational listening and reflection
• space for silence and integration
• gentle body-led invitations between sessions
There is no curriculum.
No prescribed pace.
We move with you and your body’s pace.
What makes this different
• You are met in your body, not only in your story
• The pace is guided by your nervous system
• We listen for what is emerging rather than forcing outcomes
• Presence matters more than progress
This is not a method.
It is a relational field of presence.
If something in you longs to slow down
to be met without being pushed
this space is here.
You don’t have to move through life’s thresholds alone.
