Somatic practitioner, facilitator, and guide working with ancestral and collective trauma through embodied, relational, and ritual-based practices.
Of Mexican and German descent, currently based in Europe.

About me

I was born in Mexico City and moved to Germany when I was six. The transition was abrupt. A different language, a different rhythm of life, a different way of belonging. From an early age, I learned how to adapt quickly, and how to listen carefully. Not only to words, but to tone, atmosphere, and what lived underneath what was being said.

Growing up between cultures shaped my sensitivity to what is carried in the body and in relationships. I learned that much of who we are is formed long before we have language for it, through gestures, silences, ruptures, and the ways we learn to stay connected when continuity is interrupted.

My path into somatic and relational work did not begin as a profession, but as a way of making sense of lived experience. I became curious about how humans integrate grief, change, and belonging, not as abstract ideas, but as embodied realities. Over time, this curiosity deepened into a practice of accompanying others through transitions, thresholds, and moments when old ways of orienting no longer hold.

My work lives at the meeting point of body awareness, ancestral memory, and relational presence. I do not offer quick solutions or fixed methods. What I offer is a field of care, one that invites slowness, honesty, and trust in the intelligence of the body and the relational space. I understand trauma not as something to be fixed, but as something that asks for attention, context, and companionship.

Lineage and ancestry are not themes I approach conceptually. They are lived realities, felt through migration, loss, resilience, and the quiet ways the past continues to move through the present. Being of Mexican and German descent has shaped how I understand belonging: as something that is sensed and cultivated, rather than assumed.

Today, I work with individuals and groups, supporting processes of reconnection, to self, to body, to lineage, and to what wants to emerge next. I hold the view that nobody heals anyone else. Rather, we create conditions in which something can settle, move, or reorient in its own time. I listen not only to the person in front of me, but to the wider field they are part of, histories, relationships, and the visible and invisible forces that shape a life.

How I Came to This Work

I believe we arrive at truth through presence, not performance. When we slow down enough, below explanation, strategy, or fixing, we can actually feel what is alive in us and what wants to be met. That has guided my path more than any title or training.

My professional and personal studies include:

  • Licensed Palliative Care Nurse

  • Ongoing training in Somatic Experiencing®

  • Somatic Archaeology’s Sunrise Somatics™ foundational training

  • Certified Somatic Educator

  • Certified NARM Trauma-Informed Professional

  • MA Gestalt Psychotherapy (in training), Gestalt Institute of Ireland

  • Motherhood and parenting (2 humans and 2 pets)

These trainings deepen my capacity to listen bodily, relationally, and ethically, not to do something to you, but to accompany you in what is present.

My Approach

I work with what is here, not with ideals, outcomes, or achievements.

Presence always comes before change. The nervous system matters before the mind. The body knows before the concept. When we slow down and listen inwardly, the shapes of transition, belonging, and identity begin to show themselves without force.

My work blends:

  • somatic awareness

  • relational presence

  • ancestral attunement

  • intuitive listening

  • lived experience over theory

This isn’t about mastery. It’s about contact.

A Few Honest Truths I Carry

You don’t need clarity before you begin.
Presence often comes before understanding.
Belonging is felt, not figured out.
Change doesn’t respond well to pressure.
Transitions are places of becoming, not problems to fix.

Outside of Sessions

Outside of my work, life looks pretty simple, and often a bit messy with two small kids. I spend a lot of time at home with my family, moving between caring, listening, cooking, creating, and figuring things out as we go.

I write when something wants to be written. I share recipes people ask me for, ideas that come up while creating with children, and small moments from everyday life that feel worth remembering. Some days are quiet and grounded, others are loud, tender, or uncertain.

None of this feels separate from my work.
It’s where I keep learning how presence actually lives, in real life, not in perfect conditions.

Thank you so much for being here.

I Give Thanks

I walk this path with deep reverence for all those who have come before me, for the seen and unseen forces that shape my journey, and for the wisdom carried in my lineage.

I honor my Mexican and German ancestry, the resilience, strength, and stories passed down through generations.

To my ancestors, healers, storytellers, dreamers, and warriors, thank you for the gifts you have left behind, for the lessons woven into my being, and for the whispers of guidance that still find me today.

To my mother and grandmothers, your strength, resilience, and wisdom live within me. You have shown me what it means to persevere, to transform, and to love fiercely. Through you, I have learned the power of healing, the depth of devotion, and the courage to walk my own path. Thank you for all that you have carried and all that you have passed on.

To my father, your love for life, the universe, and art continues to inspire me. Your curiosity, creativity, and deep connection to the world have shaped the way I see and experience life. Through you, I have learned to embrace beauty, seek meaning, and honor the endless possibilities that exist within and around us.

To my brothers, and extended family, I am grateful for the ways you have shaped me, challenged me, and supported my unfolding.

To my children and life partner, you are my greatest teachers, showing me daily how to surrender, soften, and love more deeply.

To my teachers and mentors, including Thomas Hübl, Doris Rothbauer, Heike Gattnar, Dustin diPerna, and many others who have influenced my path—thank you for sharing your wisdom, for holding space for my own growth, and for showing me how to do the same for others.

To my clients and community, I bow to your trust, your courage, and the sacred work we do together. Your willingness to show up, to heal, to remember, and to reclaim your truth is a gift I am honored to witness.

I extend my gratitude to the lands that have held me, from the soil of my birthplace in Mexico to the places I have called home. To the forests, rivers, mountains, and oceans, to the elements and directions, and to all that continues to teach me, even in silence.

May we continue to listen. May we continue to heal. May we continue to remember.
