Hi, I’m Nallely Courtney
I support women, especially mothers and women moving through life transitions, to reconnect with their bodies, explore the stories carried through their lineage, and cultivate a deeper sense of belonging within themselves.
There is another way to meet life’s transitions.
A way that does not rush or force change.
A way that begins by listening, to the body, to the stories carried through our lineage, and to the quiet wisdom already living within you.
Together we slow down enough for what has been carried to be seen, felt, and gently integrated.
I work with women, especially mothers and women moving through life transitions, who feel a quiet call to come back to themselves.
Many of the women who find their way here are standing at a threshold.
Motherhood.
Identity shifts.
Grief.
Ancestral questions.
Or simply the feeling that the old ways of living and relating no longer quite fit anymore.
Something deeper is asking to be listened to.
My work lives at the meeting place of somatic awareness, ancestral healing, and relational presence, a space where we slow down enough to hear what the body, the heart, and the lineage have been quietly holding.
My Path
I was born in Mexico City and raised in Germany.
Moving between cultures at a young age shaped my sensitivity to belonging, and to the subtle ways family history, migration, and collective experience live inside our bodies and relationships.
From early on, I learned to listen not only to what is said, but to what lives underneath words and within bodies and their lineage.
My own lineage carries stories shaped by both colonization and empire. These histories continue to deepen my curiosity about how ancestral patterns move through us and shape the ways we relate to ourselves, to each other, and to the world.
Before stepping fully into this work, I spent several years in hospice and palliative care.
Sitting with people at the edge of life changed the way I understand healing.
Again and again, I witnessed that what people long for most in moments of transition is not fixing or rushing forward, but presence. Someone willing to slow down enough to truly listen and to trust life’s natural movement to unfold in its own time and rhythm.
This is something I carry into every space I hold.
The Work
I am especially drawn to the moments in life where something is ending and something new is beginning.
These are the moments when deeper layers of belonging begin to ask for our attention.
If you are here, you may feel a longing to:
Reconnect with the wisdom of your body
Explore the stories and patterns carried through your family line
Make space for grief, motherhood, or identity shifts
Rediscover a deeper sense of belonging within yourself and your lineage
In our work together, I walk beside you as you begin to listen to what has been carried, in your body, in your history, and in the quiet places within you that are ready to be met with care.
Because when we meet what has been carried with presence and compassion, something new can begin to emerge.
Ancestral Work
In many ways, our lives begin long before we are born.
We carry stories, patterns, and emotional landscapes that have moved through our families and cultures long before we arrived here. The impacts of history, including migration, colonization, and collective hardship, can continue to echo through generations, shaping how we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.
Often these inheritances show up quietly, in the roles we take on, in the ways we relate to others, or in patterns that repeat in our lives without us fully knowing why.
I come from a lineage where listening to what lives beneath the surface has always been valued. Growing up between Mexico and Germany deepened my sensitivity to how family history and collective experience continue to live within the body and in our relationships.
Part of this sensitivity also comes from my Mexican roots, where relationships to ancestry, land, and family memory are woven naturally into everyday life.
Over time I began to notice how deeply the body remembers what history often leaves unspoken.
Ancestral patterns can quietly shape how we love, relate, show up, and move through life. When we begin to meet these inheritances with awareness and care, something important can begin to shift, not only for ourselves, but for the generations that come after us.
Sometimes, as we begin to listen more closely, we realize that some of what we have been carrying does not belong only to us.
How I Came to This Work
My path into this work grew out of a deep questioning of the worlds I was moving between.
I was born in Mexico, where spirituality, ritual, and an openness to the unseen were part of everyday life. Growing up later in Germany, I encountered a very different cultural atmosphere, one shaped by order, structure, and the quiet weight of a collective history that was often carried with silence and shame.
Living between these worlds made me curious about what is spoken and what remains unspoken in families and societies, and how history — both collective and personal, continues to shape the way we live and relate to one another.
My path into this work began through my own search for healing within my lineage and my life. Along the way I learned from many teachers, both known and unknown, through study, trainings, and time spent in places that hold deep reverence for life.
Before stepping fully into this work, I spent several years working as a palliative care nurse in hospice, accompanying people and families at the threshold between life and death.
Again and again I witnessed that healing rarely happens through fixing or pushing forward. More often it unfolds through presence, dedication, and the courage to stay with what is real.
Sometimes what creates the possibility for change is simply being met by another person who is willing to witness and remain present.
This understanding continues to guide the way I hold space today, and I remain devoted to continuing to learn and deepen my own path.
If something in these words resonates with you, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
The work we do together unfolds slowly, through presence, trust, and a shared willingness to listen to what your body and your lineage have been carrying.
There is no rushing here.
Only the quiet possibility that when we meet what has been carried with care and honesty, new ways of belonging can begin to emerge.
My approach integrates somatic awareness, ancestral understanding, and relational presence to support you in:
• Reconnecting with the wisdom of your body
• Exploring patterns carried through family and lineage
• Navigating motherhood and life transitions with greater clarity
• Restoring a deeper sense of belonging within yourself
• Creating space for change to unfold with care and support

Outside of Sessions
Outside of my work, life looks pretty simple, and often a bit messy with two small kids. I spend a lot of time at home with my family, moving between caring, listening, cooking, creating, and figuring things out as we go.
I write when something wants to be written. I share recipes people ask me for, ideas that come up while creating with children, and small moments from everyday life that feel worth remembering. Some days are quiet and grounded, others are loud, tender, or uncertain.
None of this feels separate from my work.
It’s where I keep learning how presence actually lives, in real life, not in perfect conditions.
Thank you so much for being here.

Life Reading
A Life Reading is an opportunity to pause and look at your life as it is right now, with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. It offers a clear and supportive mirror through which you can see more deeply what is unfolding in your life.
In this one-to-one session we explore the questions, patterns, and transitions that are present for you. Drawing on my intuitive perception and my work with somatic awareness, I support you in sensing what wants attention, healing, or movement in your life.
A Life Reading is a deeply personal experience and lasts approximately one hour. Sessions take place either in person or online.
Kind Words
I Give Thanks
I walk this path with deep reverence for all those who have come before me, for the seen and unseen forces that shape my journey, and for the wisdom carried in my lineage.
I honor my Mexican and German ancestry, the resilience, strength, and stories passed down through generations.
To my ancestors, healers, storytellers, dreamers, and warriors, thank you for the gifts you have left behind, for the lessons woven into my being, and for the whispers of guidance that still find me today.
To my mother and grandmothers, your strength, resilience, and wisdom live within me. You have shown me what it means to persevere, to transform, and to love fiercely. Through you, I have learned the power of healing, the depth of devotion, and the courage to walk my own path. Thank you for all that you have carried and all that you have passed on.
To my father, your love for life, the universe, and art continues to inspire me. Your curiosity, creativity, and deep connection to the world have shaped the way I see and experience life. Through you, I have learned to embrace beauty, seek meaning, and honor the endless possibilities that exist within and around us.
To my brothers, and extended family, I am grateful for the ways you have shaped me, challenged me, and supported my unfolding.
To my children and life partner, you are my greatest teachers, showing me daily how to surrender, soften, and love more deeply.
To my teachers and mentors, including Thomas Hübl, Doris Rothbauer, Heike Gattnar, Dustin diPerna, and many others who have influenced my path—thank you for sharing your wisdom, for holding space for my own growth, and for showing me how to do the same for others.
To my clients and community, I bow to your trust, your courage, and the sacred work we do together. Your willingness to show up, to heal, to remember, and to reclaim your truth is a gift I am honored to witness.
I extend my gratitude to the lands that have held me, from the soil of my birthplace in Mexico to the places I have called home. To the forests, rivers, mountains, and oceans, to the elements and directions, and to all that continues to teach me, even in silence.
May we continue to listen. May we continue to heal. May we continue to remember.
